What does a celebrity's fee include, and what additional costs will I incur?

The guideline fee groups on our website and any fees quoted to you will only be for the celebrity's appearance at your event. In addition to their fee, you'll also need to consider VAT (Value Added Tax) for all UK bookings and some international ones too, and expect to pay for any expenses the celebrity incurs to make the appearance, including their rider requirements and travel expenses.

The exact amount you'll need to pay will, of course, depend on the individual celebrity, together with a number of other factors such as the distance they're travelling, their preferred method of transport, whether overnight accommodation is required and how many people are in their entourage. For the vast majority of celebrities, they'll either travel alone or with a Tour Manager, who will effectively act as a chaperone and be responsible for their safety, wellbeing and often will drive them to and from the event.
