Andy Torbet is a well know BBC talent presenting landmark shows such as BBC’s Cloud Lab, Operation Iceberg, Coast, a regular presenter on The One Show and The People Remember.
Andy has a phenomenal background - after completing a degree in Zoology Andy spent 10 years in the British Forces as a Paratrooper, Diver and Bomb Disposal Officer. He is also a highly qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor and trained skydiver, he has jumped solo from 28,000ft over the Arizona desert!
He is also a professional Stunt Performer and continues to work as a specialist technical consultant on documentary projects involving underwater climbing, caving or skydiving filming.
With his unique skill and knowledge set Andy Torbet is a brilliant and experienced speaker and awards host.
