Whether someone’s straight, gay, bisexual or lesbian, all of us should be able to feel proud of who we are and who we love, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. However, sadly, not everyone in society agrees and LGBTQ+ people, especially transgender and non-binary people, are often at risk of economic and social exclusion.

We represent highly respected LGBTQ+ speakers from all walks of life. They’re committed to standing up to discrimination and educating others about how we can remove many of the limitations imposed by gender stereotypes. By sharing their personal journey, they’re demonstrating to all of us that it’s possible to be comfortable and successful without compromising our integrity.

Some of our LGBTQ+ speakers talk about coming out and acknowledging their true selves, and some discuss homophobic bullying or discrimination they’ve encountered along the way, whilst others explore what businesses can do to better support LGBT employees and reduce workplace discrimination.

Companies that cultivate and nurture strong anti-discrimination policies outperform their competitors and foster innovation, whilst employees perform significantly better at work when they can truly be themselves.
