Jamie Laing

Jamie Laing is a presenter, television personality, co-founder of confectionary brand Candy Kittens and founder of production company JamPot.

On a mission to challenge the dated sweets industry, Jamie co-founded Candy Kittens in 2012, initially launching online. By 2014, they opened their first shop on Kings Road, London, followed shortly after by launching in Selfridges.

In 2022, Candy Kittens became the first B Corp certified sweets brand providing 100% plant based products. To date, they are the first growing confectionery brand in Europe.

In 2020, Jamie was a contestant on the eighteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, partnered with Karen Hauer with the duo making it to the final.

In 2021, Jamie released his autobiography, I Can Explain. Detailing his idyllic upbringing in the countryside to his knack for getting himself into trouble, Jamie recounts his Made in Chelsea escapades and shares his struggles off camera dealing with anxiety and eventual burnout.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Jamie founded JamPot productions best-known for producing NewlyWeds which Jamie hosts alongside his wife Sophie Habboo. To date, the award nominated podcast has over 23 million downloads.

In 2024, Jamie launched the Great Company podcast with guests including Yungblud, Shania Twain and Elizabeth Day.

In March 2024, after several guest hosting stints, Jamie joined BBC Radio 1’s drivetime show alongside Vick Hope and Katie Thistleton.
