Known to millions of listeners as one of Heart’s longest-serving presenters, Simon Beale has been a familiar voice on radio for over three decades.
His previous radio experience includes BBC Radio 5 Live, Virgin Radio, LBC, Invicta FM and Kiss. He is best known for his work on Heart, the biggest commercial radio brand in Europe, having hosted late night shows for over 18 years.
Since January 2024, he’s been presenting the Breakfast Show on Heart 80s (Monday to Friday 6-10am) with his Saturday morning show welcoming guests including Billy Crystal, Tony Hadley, Jason Donovan, Nik Kershaw, Billy Ocean and Bonnie Tyler.
As well as an accomplished presenter, Simon is also an established voiceover, with previous clients including the BBC, Sky, Channel 5, Warner Music, Sony and Ministry Of Sound. He also regularly voices for major live events including the British Podcast Awards, Media Week Awards, Brand Film Awards and many others.
We have employed Simon as our live Voice of God on a number of corporate events mainly at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Simon is punctual, enthusiastic and meticulous – always ensuring he is using the correct pronunciation of names. His voice is clear and professional and he can adapt to any style of voiceover required, dependant on the type of event. He is confident when there’s an impromptu announcement needed.
