Tom Parker Bowles is a food writer and restaurant critic. He has published five books, In his writing, he romps through the British palate, searching for the best - fish & chips to the ultimate breakfast.
Tom takes in history and friends and society, nods to his family and thoroughly enjoys the craft of cooking, eating and writing about the experience. He is the restaurant critic for The Mail on Sunday and is also the Food Editor for Esquire magazine and for Departures (a US publication). He co-presented Market Kitchen on UKTV.
Tom Parker Bowels covers a wide range of speech topics focusing on aspects of the food industry, cooking and cooking trends, the restaurant business and also his life in the media and as a food critic.
Tom is the son of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and the stepson of Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. He attended Eton College and Worcester College, Oxford, where he was a member of the Piers Gaveston Society. He is married to Sara Buys, a fashion editor, and has two children.
